Can vba navigate webpages and download files?

I founded this site back in intending to provide solutions to various engineering and programming problems. I do have a question though, is this file suitable to download a shared file from SharePoint? If you want to download from SharePoint, you have to be logged-in first. However, this cannot be done with the VBA code shown here.
